  LIVE AT YOUR OWN RISK !!!!!!! With in moving in there not even a week and sink was leaking. Called office to send someone. In coming they looked at the sink "fixed" it and left. Went to go clean some dishes. The sink was still leaking. Called again to have fixed same problem as before. Took 3 times to get it fixed. During the summer there never was really a lifegaurd, the apartment was never cleaned properly and noticed the 2nd day living there. The counter doesn't look like it has been changed in years with all the cracks and broken parts to it from beofe. Also the flooring in kitchen hasn't been changed since it was rebuilt was cooking off next to cabinets. Blinds came off all the time toilet didn't really work all the time to refill the water. the carpet I the cheapest one I've ever seen that is stains so easily. The paint on the walls will come off if whipped with anything and will chip if using other chemicals. Bugs coming in through screens that aren't properly fixed for the window. When spraying for bees in summer doesn't work really. The night parking is ridiculous. After 8pm you are struggling to find a parking spot and that's an every night thing. The security is ridiculous as well. You have people that will put a rock or even a stick or jam the entrance door. If you try to get ahold of management good luck. Unless your walking in there early and before lunch you'll never see them. NEVERRRR put anything down in the basement. Its not safe so many breaking and people stealing nothing's safe there. You want to take the risk go ahead. We didn't have a good experience but a lesson learned in long run.
