  I came to Ox and Stone with an old friend and we started at the bar for a while because there were happy hour specials. The bartender was cheeky with good humor and made a fantastic house margarita. Once we were seated to dine we went through a succession of tapas, which were wonderful and portioned well for their price. Topped off the meal with churros, which I recommend saving room for. The only drawback was that the dining room is very dark and the noise echoes loudly off the stone walls—but give this Mexican eatery inside a small castle a try, it’s worth it!
