  This past experience was not very good. My appointment was at 11:00 a.m. for a cleaning and then checkup with the dentist. After sitting for 20 minutes I went up and asked how much longer. They told me that my appointment was for 11:30 with the dentist and 12:00 for my cleaning. I showed them the text I received confirming my appointment at 11:00. They didn't have too much to say about that. I was glad I had saved it. They did get me out of there within an hour though.

  I've been with Aspen Dental for a number of years now and have had nothing but outstanding service from them. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful, they don't try and sell you anything unnecessary, all services and charges are thoroughly explained and appointments are easily scheduled at a time best for me. Going to the dentist can indeed be a pleasant experience. I highly recommend Aspen!

  This was the best experience I've had in many years. Staff are friendly, accommodating and professional. They work well as a team and the dentist was just as thorough. I look forward to working with them in the future!
