  Invited to this place by a friend who always had good experience. Not this time. Kristina waited on us. I ordered a Greek salad and my friend, a turkey Reuben. A family of 4 and a couple were seat and served. We waited. And waited. When I complained, Kristina said I'm waiting for chicken. No one ordered chicken. Having lost my appetite, I cancelled my salad. She said she can't take it off the check. Kristina brought it anyway & refused to take it away. I repeatedly asked 2 servers to see the manager. One said, he'll be back in 20 minutes. Kristina said he'll be back in a couple hours. Not once did Kristina apologies. Another couple also complained about poor service from the same server. Kristina brought a check to my friend. Never said a word to me. I will never go there again. Service is everything.
