  Very personable, dedicated genuine trainers. Thier prices were OUTSTANDING for what they offer. They provide you with much more than what you pay for.
  They allow you to tell them your goals and they create a work out not just to meet your goal but exceed them.... Without recognizing your doing so. Make no mistake by no means is it light work but its the type of work that makes you want to return tomorrow. They have many workout which keep you wondering what tomorrow will hold and that excitement to return just to see if they can top yesterday. I planned to loose 30lbs in 6 months and with my 1hour/ day 5 days a week my goal of 30lbs were meet in 90days (included with good diet) so everything else in the words of beastmode were extra credit...
  In 6months went from a size 12-8 pants xxlshirt to medium... 219lbs to 176lbs.
