  I booked this appointment online and it said the appointment would be an hour and a half, with a full hair cut, beard trim, and hot razor finish. I had been looking forward to talking with a Barber about how to properly style and maintain the longer beard I have started to grow. As I walked in 15 min early, my Barber told another customer that he would take care of him as soon as I was done. So already I felt like I was being rushed out the door 15 min before my appointment should have even started. If I booked the last appointment of the day and my appointment takes 90 mins I don't think he should have told that other walk-in that he could cut his hair after mine.
  Once I was now in the chair feeling rushed the Barber asked me what I would like done. I explained that I had let my hair grow a little long so I was looking to get back to a short style and I have never had a long beard before so I would like it shaped and cleaned up so it can look full and well groomed. He took out the clippers and started cutting away in a frantic manor. As he was combing my hair he caught my earring six times in his comb because he was moving so fast. I have had that earring in for 20 years with long hair multiple times and he was the first person to ever pull it with a comb. At this point feeling rushed and the Barber not fully asking for what I want I DID NOT FEEL COMFORTABLE ANYMORE. I no longer wanted him to fully cut my hair. I just wanted him to clean up the sides and hopefully he would do better on the beard.
  When it got to the beard there was no sculpting whatsoever. He cut a few fly aways and that was it. I had to ask him what product to use. The hot razor shave was even worse. First, hot razor shave should imply that something is actually hot. Like hot foam or even the razor itself. Nope. All cold. Like you would think, it resulted in being cut like crazy and literally tearing my neck hair out.
  So in 45 mins I was done. My neck was bleeding, my beard was poorly kept and I had half a haircut. At this point I just paid my bill and left. I didn't want him to try and fix anything because I don't trust him at all around me. I would have been better off throwing my fifty dollars in the trash. I will never come back here again! I also plan on warning all of my friends and whoever I can not to come and waste their money at this place. Lousy service, lousy cut, and way too much money wasted. I immediately had to go get another haircut somewhere else to fix what was done.
