  I rented from TJ for 3 years. After 3 years I relocated. I loved my apt while in it and he fixed things too. But once I moved out did not refund my security deposit siting foolishness. My mother and myself went there and cleaned. The maintenance person didn't show for the final walk through but seeing I was a long term tenant and I also referred my family to get one of his places just though they would mail my check. Low an behold they did not and I was out my money being out of town an all. If you do get a place watch your pocketbook. He will steal it in the end.
