  Honestly, from the moment me and my family (4 kids and my wife) entered the building until the time we left, I cannot say I had a single bad interaction with any staff or guest. Everyone was cheerful and ready to help. They went above and beyond. Plus the hotel itself was extremely well kept and very clean. The ONLY slightly bad thing was that the pool was tiny. That's it. And it wasn't even that tiny. Location is great, we went and got sushi and slices of pizza just down the road at Wegmans for dinner that night. We also drive by like, a thousand other places to eat. Everything was wonderful about our stay. HIGHLY recommend this hotel.
