  I will never again use Waste Management. They use deceptive business practices the sign you up and lock you in to an agreement. The price for the first of three terms was reasonable, then it continues to go up. When I called to renegotiate the price I was transferred several times and ended up with a rude salesperson who pretty much said - to bad, you signed the agreement.
