  Tim, the man who towed my car, was kind, patient, and caring. He reassured me that everything would be okay, and he made sure I was warm and comfortable in the truck. Tony was very helpful in making sure I understood what was wrong with my car and how much it would cost to repair. He kept me up to date with how the repair was going, and he was fair and honest with the pricing. He let me know about another issue with the car that we will need to get fixed, but he explained that it could wait at this time. The entire company made a crummy situation better by making sure I was comfortable and confident in the process. They gave me a ride home so I wouldn't have to sit at the shop all day. They even got the repair completed the same day.
