  Nobody likes going to this place because it means your pet is sick but these people really care for the animals and it means a lot during the stressful times. It's easy to complain about the cost compared to a regular vet but remember, your regular vet only employs a fraction of the people, who only specialize in a fraction of the things, and only have access to a fraction of the diagnostic equipment, etc. That's not cheap.
