  Can't say enough about my experience with Oak Orchard in Albion. Pulling into the parking lot, I was greeted by Mark who immediately took me under his wing. He showed me available used kayaks and then the new ones on the floor that would keep me under my target price and still be stable, well-tracking, and light-weight so that I could handle the loading and unloading by myself. I am 5'5'' and 108 lbs, so he had a lot of parameters to meet. After paddling in their convenient pond, I settled on a great little Old Town Heron. Mark showed me how to install the carrier hardware, how to raise the kayak without help and safely tie it down for transport. I left with all I needed to paddle the lake and reservoir near my home which I did that very night! Love the kayak, love the service and congratulate the company for having such a fine staff and beautiful facility. I highly recommend the drive to Albion. The personal service assures me of a proper fit and positive experience with my new kayak.
