  They have robo called me for several weeks now and every time I pick up the phone it hangs up on me. If I called the number back it went right to voice mail and the box was full. No automated message saying who it was when they called. This was a night mare because they called 3-4 times a day from early to late.

  Isaiah also runs a business called Real Agent Pro/Mega Agent Pros. They are by far the worst business partner my business has ever dealt with. His employees are unresponsive, unprofessional, do not make corrections after feedback is given, do not follow through on promises made, cannot deliver and run a very poor business from our experiences. I would not trust any business he is a part of.

  Bill Monte is a phenomenal agent! His dedication to finding us our home was more than we ever expected. He was so patient with us as we toured numerous homes; sometimes late into the evening. With our budget in mind, he was able to look at questionable issues in some of the homes we toured and provide completely honest feedback. His judgment was priceless, as we were unfamiliar with the many aspects and decisions involved in buying a home.
  
  Bill's negotiation skills were also excellent. He was always available for phone calls, texts, and emails. There was never any waiting around for him to respond and, in a competitive market, that was a very valuable thing to have in an agent.
  
  Overall, Bill is exceptionally knowledgeable, extremely patient, and very dedicated to his clients. We completely and fully endorse his services, and the services of the List-Assist Rochester Team, to anyone buying or selling a home.
