  Joseph Rinaudo is a slum lord. He exploits his tenants by making them responsible for everything a land lord is responsible for when a tenant moves out. Do no rent from them if you want to pay $800 to repaint your entire unit after you move out when no damage was done. Repeately ingnores requests for pressing matters regarding living conditions and repairs. Bascially, he will charge you for just everything he can make up that is not in the lease just to screw you out of your security deposit when you move out. He will then send you an additional bill on top of that trying to extort money out of his tenants. Absolutely unprofessional and unreasonable.
