  I am a professional sales woman, I literally work 65 hours a week. Wednesday is my day off but I usually work. Heather has been cutting my hair there for some time now. When I called earlier in the week to get an appointment with her, I was told that Wednesday's are her day off now.
  The girl asked me to hold, when she came back on the phone, she said what time is good for you, Heather said she'll come in to cut your hair!
  That... Rocked! Literally showed me that this salon, goes above and beyond for excellent customer service!
